Adaptive re-use project that involves renovating the heritage facade of 1-11 Oxford St and transforming it into an upscale boutique hotel-architects TZG with interior architecture for guestrooms, lobby, Reception and Cinema Event spaces by Indyk Architects and restaurants rooftop bar by Woods Bagot. The project aims to delve into the history of the arthouse cinema and pay tribute to the rebels and dreamers who were part of its story. By celebrating their narrative, the hotel will provide a unique and memorable experience for its guests. Project ongoing with completion planned 2024.
